What is AGA's return policy? 

AGA has a no-cash-back policy.

If you wish to initiate an exchange? 

Items can be exchanged by contacting us within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the items are in like-new condition.

• Please email us at glamourartafrica@gmail.com to arrange your exchange.
• Shipping costs for exchanges: We do not pay for the cost of return shipping or for the cost of re-shipping the new items.

Are your goods damaged? 

If your package is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours after arrival so that we can send you a replacement.

• Please email us at glamourartafrica@gmail.com to notify us of the damages and initiate the replacement.
• Please include a photo of the damage.
